The publication “MCSIs in Gandaki Province the Province Level Policy Instruments and Challenges Facing Them” aims to help The study highlight challenges facing Micro, Cottage, and Small Industries (MCSIs) in Nepal, particularly regarding registration, renewal, and cancellation processes at the provincial level. It identifies unclear legislation, overlapping responsibilities among government tiers, and policy bottlenecks hindering the sector’s growth. A proposed MCSI Paper solution includes digitizing processes and fostering collaboration at the local level to simplify procedures and support MCSIs.
